Please do not submit detailed medical records through this website. If detailed clinical information is needed later, it is handled separately through secure channels.

Information that reveals your health is treated as sensitive. We process it only with your explicit consent, given via the unticked consent checkbox on the enquiry form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your rights").
4. Why we use your information and our legal basis
We use your information to respond to your enquiry and to coordinate diabetic foot care with hospitals and care coordinators in China. Our legal basis is your consent.
5. International transfer to China
To coordinate your care, we share your information with care coordinators and partner hospitals located in China. Countries such as China have not been recognised as providing a level of data protection equivalent to that of the EU/EEA, the UK, Japan, or other jurisdictions, and your information may be subject to access under local laws. We transfer your information on the basis of your explicit, informed consent to this transfer. Where required, we will also put in place additional safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Who receives your information
- Recipients: care coordinators and partner hospitals in China.
- Service providers (processors) acting for us: Cloudflare (database hosting, EU region) and Resend (email notification).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or use tracking pixels.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry information for 24 months after your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete it sooner.
8. Your rights
